Well we do offer those face to face sessions, just as I’ve described, but unfortunately due to this awful Coronavirus & current Government Guidelines we have had to temporarily put the face to face sessions on hold. That does not mean that our provision of solution-focused, integrative therapy has stopped, that’s something we’d never do. As we’ve always put you, the client at the heart of our therapy provision, we knew the best way was to begin offering our online services instead. Sessions can be on a one to one basis or for couples.
You may have identified a problem weeks or months ago that you’ve been struggling with, but only now are you ready to get the help you need, but you need it like now, not wait until we are out of lockdown, that could be many more weeks away, if not months. Don’t worry, our online therapy allows you to see one of our Therapists quickly, as soon as today, yes as soon as that. We offer sessions from 8am until 8pm, including weekdays so that’s 7 days of therapy access, at a convenient time to suit you. You don’t even have to have the same appointment time each week, as we offer flexible sessions too. If you’re liking the sound of this so far, then read on.
Therapy can be carried out on a number of platforms, Skype, Zoom, Face-time, WhatsApp or Telephone, you choose, all from the comfort of your own home or office. No travelling, no parking, no waiting. All you need is a quiet confidential space for 1 hour & access to one of the platforms. You can even try a different platform with your therapist each session, see which one suits you best. Within minutes as the therapist helps you settle comfortably & quickly into the session, and very soon it will seem like they really are in the same room as you, as your session starts to get underway in real time.

As with all of our therapy sessions, they are strictly confidential & the platforms used for online therapy carry their own security features to ensure that your sessions are safe & secure. Don’t worry about any teething problems if you’ve never used any of these platforms before, the therapist will happily guide you through setting it all up to ensure a smooth & positive session.
